Having fibromyalgia, creates extra challenges in the area of lifestyle choices.

Having lived with fibromyalgia for 30 years, I had to come up with solutions to these questions. I discovered that bio-individuality was a key ingredient. Also, listening to my body was important. I found that finding the right kind and amount of movement was important. Too much and I was layed out. Too little and I hurt worse. Managing fibromyalgia symptoms can feel like walking on a tight rope . . . but it can be done.
I will provide you with ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Lifestyle Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory wellness information and the challenges of fibromyalgia to determine what changes are aligned with your unique needs.
Your personalized program will improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
