I created this program to heal the hearts
of those suffering with fibromyalgia.
When I talk with women who have fibromyalgia and see the suffering they experience, my heart hurts, breaks and opens. I know that there is a pathway out of the pain and suffering. When I look back at my experience 30 years ago, the physical and emotional pain was so all encompassing that I couldn’t see a way out. I literally wanted to die. I couldn’t imagine living like this for the rest of my life. Luckily, I took the risk of making a radical change in my life that set me on a path of healing. I want to help others who are suffering. I know it is possible to improve your physical and emotional health, end the suffering and live a fulfilling life.
For me, it has helped me to create emotional stability, reduction in pain, improved sleep, more energy, less fatigue and a greater sense of self love, self respect, self worth, contentment with life and a deep sense of well-being. It has also helped me to develop greater awareness when I am out of balance and given me the ability to return to a calm, grounded, clear state of being.
I wish that for you too!
Many programs out there see us as broken and offer us quick fixes
I see us as amazing women deserving of respect, love, and good health. I know that within you is a beautiful butterfly waiting to be freed from its cocoon and fly with joy and freedom. But your light has been subdued by your life experience and your heart has been wounded.
In this program I will teach you how to access your inner stillness, strength and power. How to embrace all parts of yourself with love and compassion. How to nourish and repair your wounded heart.
Chronic anxiety and depression are part of the fibromyalgia syndrome.
I know the journey. I suffered from severe depression and anxiety. By using the techniques that I teach in this program, I have found a place of inner stillness that has made it possible for me to navigate the waves of emotions and challenges of life in a healthy empowered way.
From my own experience and working with clients over the years, I have seen trauma and negative life experiences as a contributing factor to fibromyalgia and a direct correlation with emotional instability.
By slowing down the processes of the mind and emotions, we can unravel the underlying causes and take control of our mind and emotions. We can learn how to dissipate the emotions rather than feed and/or escalate them.
The program takes you through a gentle progressive process to assist you to connect within.
It is important to acknowledge where our feet are and take it step by step at our own pace. We will also learn the blocks to accessing this inner connection and how to work with them in effective ways.
Here is how I came to be where I am today.
Back in the 80’s I suffered greatly with physical pain, fatigue, IBS, anxiety and depression, sugar addiction and compulsive eating. My IBS was so severe that when I would eat, my intestines would spasm so hard that I could do nothing except curl up in a ball and sleep. I would have panic attacks on a regular basis that left me frozen and unable to function. My depression was so severe that just being alive I felt like I was moving through molasses with a ball and chain around my ankle. My physical pain would get so bad that it demanded all of my attention and left me incapable of functioning. I could barely function in the world. I guesstimated that I was about 25% functional.
Repeated visits to medical doctors brought no relief.
Mostly I was told that there was nothing wrong with me. All the medical tests said that I was healthy.
I had to make a change. I was slowly killing myself. I had a dream that I ate so much that I exploded. That really scared me. I quit my job and moved from Colorado to Massachusetts to study macrobiotics. After I completed that I discovered Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. I knew it was the right next step for me.
The Integrative Wholeness Experience Program
is based on my personal experience of utilizing the tools for the last 35 years that I learned at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Utilizing these tools helped me to heal my body and transform myself into a completely different person . . . someone I am proud to be!
Now, rather than being a doormat for people to walk over, filled with fear and instability, I am a strong and compassionate force. I know who I am. I stand up for myself. I am still bringing out parts of me that are shy and cautious. But I know me, and I like me. I am growing and changing every day. Living more in the moment than ever before. And when my heart is at peace, I know I am connected to spirit. My fibromyalgia is about 90% gone and improves every day.
Here is how it works.
We use the breath as a tool to create mini-vacations from the mind. Those gaps, even if only momentary, create a moment of stillness. In that space, even if momentary, a higher wisdom is available. It gives us the opportunity to break the unconscious pattern of trigger, reaction, and escalation and replace it with a conscious pattern of trigger, breath, relax, feel, deescalate, reframe, create a new empowered response.
Chronic anxiety and depression
keeps us in a state of fight, flight or freeze which keeps the sympathetic nervous system in high alert, prepared for battle. In this state our body is not allowed to rest, relax, repair, heal, or sleep. By using this program you will learn the tools to get out of fight, flight or freeze and into a state of relax, rest, regenerate and repair. The parasympathetic nervous system can be engaged to allow for healthier sleep and reduced pain and reduction in other physical issues.
Chronic negative emotional states and negative thinking are part of the pain body, which is a collection of your negative life experiences, trauma, trapped emotions, and accompanying unhealthy life negative beliefs. The pain body loves to create drama which feeds it and keeps it intact.
Within the pain body is a child or adult who needs love, acceptance and compassion. By approaching the pain body with curiosity and compassion the wounded parts of our self that have been buried or exiled can be accessed, embraced, and healed.
By breaking the unhealthy unconscious patterns, you can approach your pain with awareness and compassion. You can reprogram your mind, body and emotions with life enhancing choices, healthy thoughts and beliefs and find inner peace and joy within. This will transform your life in ways that you can’t even imagine.
My Vision
I see women and men with fibromyalgia as intuitive, sensitive, powerful beings
who’s light has been diminished and their power undermined.
I see an army of these powerful women and men who are freed from their pain and suffering and aligned with their light.
By reclaiming our power and rebuilding our health, we can work together to bring more light and love to the world.
I invite you to join me.
Here is a sharing from a client
“At first, I was a little skeptical that a program focused on breathing – which seems so simple! – could have a deep impact on my thinking and emotions. Within a couple weeks of starting the program, I noticed that I was able to connect more deeply to my body and my sense of self, which gave me a greater sense of peace and well-being. Doing so also gave me a fuller connection to my emotions and particularly my emotional needs – what I most appreciated from others and what I was most lacking.
I then communicated some of these insights to loved ones from whom I had felt disconnected from for a long time. I did not even believe it would be possible to restore a deep connection with them. But, to my surprise, they showed respect for my emotional needs, acknowledged how they had not been meeting them, and began visibly showing their appreciation for me. I, in turn, became more understanding and compassionate towards the difficulties they faced.
While I know that it is an ongoing journey, it has been a gratifying experience and I appreciate the tools this program gave me to reconnect, restore, and resolve, both with myself and others. Above all, I recommend this program because it is a unique blend of practices and tools, based on Bindu’s training and life experiences, but it is also tried and true and accessible to all – I believe that no matter what reasons bring you to the program, you will benefit if you engage with it.”

Another sharing from a student
This was from a student when I taught yoga in Colorado. Susan was a student counselor at Columbine High School. After the shooting at Columbine in April 1999, I didn’t see Susan for almost a year. When she came back, this is what she told me.
“I was so grateful that I had learned the breathing practices in your class. It was a life saver for me and my students after the shooting. I used the breathing techniques to keep myself calm and grounded. I taught it to the students who came to me traumatized and frightened. It made all the difference for them as it did me. Thank you!

Still Unsure?
Why should I take this program?
Can I really rebuild my health?
I know that it can be hard to believe that you can improve your physical and emotional health. It seemed impossible to me too. I could never have imagined becoming the person I am today.
I know many of you have tried so many things that drained your financial resources and left you no better off than you were before. Believe me, I’ve been there, done that.
Invest in Your Health
The investment in this program is an investment in your health. You will have the life skills that I teach you for the rest of your life. And they don’t cost you anything to maintain. They are self fulfilling and healing.
The Price is Right
This program is worth every penny. I want to keep the price affordable. I want as many women as possible to be able to take this program. I know having fibromyalgia can create financial hardships. I want to help you to end your suffering.
This Program Can Change Your Life
Imagine being able to spend more time with your children without having to worry about being in bed for the next few days in excruciating pain or numbing fatigue. Imagine being able to clean your house without the physical pain that comes with it. Imagine being able to schedule lunch with a friend with confidence that you won’t have to cancel because you are in a fibro flare up. Imagine feeling good enough to have sex with your husband or significant other . . . and enjoying it.
That is what is possible and more..
The Foundation for Health
Certainly you won’t get there in 8 weeks. But the Introduction to the Integrative Wholeness Experience is a foundation for rebuilding your health. If you don’t resolve early trauma and negative life experiences, you will be more likely to sabotage your ability to heal. Your pain body will get in the way and at a minimum will make it much harder for you to rebuild your health or possibly keep you stuck. Your anxiety will keep you in fight, flight or freeze, which will compromise your ability to improve. Your depression will pull you down and suck the life and enthusiasm right out of you . . . and that really sucks.
Without being able to access the calm, centered, neutral part of yourself, your mind will drag you in never ending circles of drama, worry and anxt. And that just isn’t pretty or comfortable at all.
Support is available
When I was going through this, I had no guide so it took me a long time to find the right pieces to rebuild my health. I often say that if I knew then what I know now, I would saved myself from years of pain and suffering. I can help you to shorten your journey to health, fulfillment and joy.
So choose. Choose life. Choose health.
Choose inner peace. Take a small risk with huge potential to transform your health and your life.
I hope to see you in the program!

Frequently Asked Questions
I have tried everything. Nothing has worked. Why should this be any different?
This program is based on wholeness which means we engage the body, heart, mind, emotions and spirit.
Rebuilding your health is like putting a puzzle together. There are many pieces of the puzzle that need to be found and put together in the right order.
The progams that fail, may be missing an important piece of your unique puzzle or they are not addressing all dimensions, thereby missing a necessary link to resolution.
I have been told fibromyalgia cannot be cured. Why would this work?
This is not a cure in the medical sense. It is not a medical treatment.
Your body is created through divine intelligence. It is designed to restore and repair itself.
The process that you will learn supports the body’s ability to do what it is designed to do. By removing blocks and rebalancing the body, heart, mind and spirit you can rebuild your health from the inside out.
How long will it take for me to see the results?
You can expect to see progress along the way. If you are not experiencing any progress or benefit, bring your questions to the Q&A part of the sessions or to the community forum. I can help you sort out what is blocking your progress. I will stay beyond the 90 minute time if necessary to answer questions.
How much time investment is needed?
This program is for those who are willing to make a commitment and investment in their health and happiness.
It is not a quick fix. I am offering a pathway to improve your physical health and emotional pain. It is a program that will change your life, if you apply yourself:
- Willing to do a 15-minute daily practice per day.
- Take some time for introspection or journaling each day.
- Willing to take personal responsibility for your health and happiness.
Responsibility is not blame, but the ability to respond, to take action.
Is there a guarantee?
You have 7 days to explore the program. If it doesn’t seem right for you, you can have a refund of your payment.
Each individual’s health and wellness success depends on his or her background, dedication, desire, and motivation, and a whole host of additional factors. As with any health and wellness related program or service that you purchase, your results may vary, and will be based on many variables, so therefore no guarantees can be made.
If you aren’t getting the results that you want, please bring up your questions in the Q&A or the community forum. I can help you sort out what is blocking your progress. I will stay beyond the 90 minute session to answer questions if necessary.
In some severe cases, one on one assistance may be necessary to achieve the desired results.

Great! Please email me at bindu@integrativewholeness.com and I will get back to you.
About Bindu
40 years ago, I was a few years out of college progressing in my career as an auditor in a CPA firm. Yet, I was miserable. I had multiple physical, mental and emotional symptoms including fatigue, relentless pain, severe IBS, interstitial cystitis, brain fog, anxiety and depression (later diagnosed as fibromyalgia). I was a compulsive eater and sucked in relationships.
By that time, I had gone to many doctors over a period of several years. They all claimed there was nothing wrong with me. Or they would put me on a treatment plan that either made no difference or made me feel worse, not better.
My sister invited me to a workshop with a chiropractor about stress and health. That workshop changed my life. I saw another option that I never knew existed. He introduced me to holistic health care and spirituality. It gave me hope for the first time.
A few years later, I went to Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for a 3 month program. I stayed for 6 years. This was the most transformational experience of my life. I discovered that yoga wasn’t just a physical exercise. That it engaged, body, mind, emotions, and spirit in an exquisite dance. I discovered that much of my physical pain was caused by trapped emotions. I would begin to feel pain and in setting with the pain and being present with it, painful memories and emotions would arise. I would be present with them, and the emotions and memories would pass and the pain was gone. I had found a way to reduce the pain I was experiencing.
When I returned to Colorado, I began teaching yoga. I continued my own daily practice of yoga and meditation. Teaching and practicing yoga deepened my experience and understanding of yoga. I could see my students shift, change, and transform. It lifted me up and inspired me. It opened a part of me that I never even knew existed. In addition to teaching yoga, I did one on one Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy sessions which were designed to discover, explore and release trapped emotions and trauma and rescript the negative beliefs and conditioning that came out of those experiences.
The skills and mindset that I learned in my years at Kripalu helped me to see my experience in a different way and to progressively unravel my childhood and discover the real me hidden underneath my conditioning and wounds. I became aware of the thoughts and beliefs that I adopted as a child and rescripted them into life enhancing beliefs. This has enabled me to unravel many difficult situations since then. Each challenge became a tool for self-exploration, growth and evolution.
This process of self-awareness and resolution of trauma and negative life experiences has been a huge part of healing my body. The unresolved and unexplored experiences kept me in a state of continuous anxiety and depression that contributed to the fibromyalgia physical symptoms.
As I interact with people with fibromyalgia, I see the pain. I know the pain. Not just the physical pain, but the mental and emotional pain that is part of the syndrome. I see myself in them in the years that my fibromyalgia was so bad. My heart wants to reach out and soothe them back to health, physically, emotionally and mentally. I want to surround them with compassion and help them to unravel the ties that bind their spirit and their authentic expression. I want them to feel free and healthy.
I hope you will take this program with me. I know the benefits of the program have the power to improve your health and transform you from the inside out.
